Sport Sign Ups:

SVHS Athletics uses an online system to sign up for sports. 

Please note that all athletic clearances this year are now completely paperless.  All physicals or doctor's clearances are uploaded onto your account.  You do not need to turn in any paperwork.

Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Go to Athletic Clearance Website to start the signup process.
2. Upload your Doctor Clearance or Physical to your account.  Be sure that your Doctor Clearance or Physical specifically states that you/your student is cleared to participate in sports/athletics.       

You will receive an email when your clearance is complete. 

*** Athletic Clearance must be completed & approved before a student may participate in any sport
